Features
1. The 3 In 1 machine water bottle filling machines adpots advanced advanced OMRON programmed controller, which makes the operations of moving bottle forward steadily and reliably.
2. The handle of the machine can be freely and conveniently turned to adjust the machine to fill various types of bottles.
3. The whole process is automatic. he machine can also be used in hot filling if being installed with temperature controlling device.
4. The filling category of lower vacuum (Z type machine) is applicable in glass bottles, filling alcohol, soy and such like materials.
5. Bottle clip equipped with efficient spray on nozzle. The extrusive droplet with 15° Angle ensures to wash all side of the bottle.
6. Filling valve lift is controlled by the valve elevator, after filling valve contact bottleneck, it start to fill.
7. Screw capping machine has a big influence to the goods stability and defective rate.
